So here are some solution for all of you to control the way you eat.. and have balance diet
1. What Should You Take During Breakfast
- FRIED RICE. I lived in Asia country so we need rice in our daily life
- Milk, for your bond
-Sandwiches
-Fruits
Never skip breakfast.
2. Lunch
-Fruits
-Yogurt
-Juice
3.Dinner (do not eat after 6pm)
-Fruits
-Plain Water
This how i maintain my body weight.
Excersice regularly.
Do not give up.
